iNo, a fully skinned windowblinds skin designed for Windows Xp and Vista.

As for the Vista, I can not 100% assure it will be working properly as I am still on Xp, however have been trying to make the Vista theme working flawlesly.

The spooled file contains:

WB THEME iNo with 5 styles
iNo Compact (default)
iNo Full Start Menu
iNo 32px - Vista look for small icons
iNo 48px - Vista look for bigger icons
iNo Vista
