How do i download the skin from wincustomize? What do i do with the .wba?

Hm, just take a click on download button and simply download the skin you need. Once complete click on the skin and if you have WindowBlinds 6 they automatically load it and you can apply it going to a skin list when clicking on windowblinds icon and choose it. Do you have windowblinds? :D

how do i use the rar? i extracted it & has a couply of jpeg & a ini. Where do i put these to get the toolbar?

Keep reading providing that you have Styler toolbar :D So you have just downloaded this file. Than extract it and get into unless you hit "windows black dive evo USA styler toolbar". This folder drag and put into Styler Toolbar\TB\Skins\Styler´s. Then click on the Styler icon being in windows taskbar and choose this Evo styler :D
